Hello Eagle Families

I am extremely thankful to have the opportunity to work with you as Argyle South Elementary School's assistant principal. My name is Leeann Rudolph and I have been in Argyle for 4 years as a dyslexia therapist.  This new role is extremely exciting for me.

I have been in education for 23 years. After graduating from Sam Houston State University, I taught 3rd and 4th grade in Angleton, Texas. During this time I attended the University of Houston- Clear Lake for my masters degree in mid management and also received my principal certificate. We then moved to Abilene, Texas where I worked for the Department of Defense as a grant administrator for an online math curriculum. I then moved to Freeport, Texas where I was the 504 and dyslexia coordinator. I have been in Argyle, Texas since 2019.

My family plays an extremely important role in my life and I am very proud of them. My husband is a varsity football coach/teacher at Argyle High School. I have two sons. My oldest is attending Angelo State University in the fall and my youngest will be a junior at Argyle High School.

Please reach out if you need anything from me. Serving our community is important to us here at South Elementary.

I am thrilled at the opportunity to join the exceptional team of leaders at Argyle South as an assistant principal! Being in Argyle and having the chance to foster relationships with the staff, students, and families fills me with excitement.

My journey as an educator began in Lewisville ISD as a student teacher, a substitute, and then a 3rd-grade teacher before transitioning to a role as a special education resource and inclusion behavior teacher. In 2020, I moved to Northwest ISD, where I continued to teach 3rd and 4th grade. In 2022, I took on the position of Behavior Intervention Specialist within the district.

My philosophy revolves around nurturing the growth of students and colleagues, helping them reach their highest potential, and embodying the qualities of a supportive leader.

I am genuinely excited about acquainting myself with everyone at Argyle South, and I encourage you to reach out to me at any time. I look forward to connecting with each of you!
